Synopsis[]
As a result of the non-aggression pact, the Romulan Star Empire signed with the Dominion, the latter's ships are free to travel through Romulan space and attack the Federation via the Neutral Zone. The latest casualty of these attacks is the USS Cairo.
On Starbase 25 those who served aboard the vessel in the past, as well as two of its former Commanders, have gathered in memoriam.
