Rokan was a Romulan Tal Shiar agent during the 24th century.

In 2362 she assumed the identity of Tyrek, a prominent Vulcan mining advisor along the Federation side of the Neutral Zone. This allowed her to travel to strategically important worlds without suspicion. By 2369 a man codenamed Proteus became her handler, and during missions, she infatuated with him.
In 2371 he arranged for her to be smuggled to Psellus III, where he resided, aboard the OMS Kamerian along with a cargo fo medical supplies. Unfortunately, a photon induction unit failed, causing a plasma fire and flooding the ship with radiations. Without a spare unit, a distress call was issued, bringing the USS Lionheart to the rescue. She was later traded for the imprisoned Emerson Ames.
