G'tar was a Vulcan enlisted Starfleet medic during the 24th century.
During the Dominion War he served as a medic on a Marine Force Recon team attached to the Fifteenth Fleet.
Prior to the evacuation of Paxil V, his team participated on a mission with Gedna Tachion andSeff O'Rourke. ("Battlefield Lullaby ")
In 2375 he, along with the rest of his team, were handpicked by Peter Madison to rescue a Starfleet Intelligence operative deep in Dominion space. Shortly thereafter he was promoted to Chief Petty Officer. ("")
After the war, he joined a covert ops unit founded by Madison.
