Graw Arkan
The Biion Graw Arkan was the ASECO aboard the USS Lionheart when the ship was launched in2371.
Starfleet Officer
After Starfleet Academy he qualified for Special Opeations training, and was assigned to Rapid Respone Team 7 as Assistant Team Leader.
In 2372 he took a leave of absence from Starfleet in order to return home to Biios Prime to attend the Salmon Harvest and to hibernate.
He returned to Starfleet in 2373 and was promoted to Lieutnenat and assigned to the USS Starquest as SECO.
