By 2373 she was serving as Executive Officer of Starbase 341 and held the rank of Commander.
In 2374 she was evacuated aboard the USS Blazer. ("A Starbase Too Far")
Later that same year she was promoted to Captain and assumed command of the recommissioned USS Hathaway, which was assigned to reinforce the Sixth Fleet's 101st Tactical Wing. ("Reinforcements")
