Sisko's brainchild
Operation Return was the codename for a Federation operation intended to retake the Bajoran System.
Conceived by Benjamin Sisko, it would consist of a massive task force composed of elements from the Second, Fifth, Sixth and Ninth Fleets.
It was the first major victory for the Federation Alliance, but losses were high, including Rear AdmiralClonox, commander of the 101st Tactical Wing.
The Sixth Fleet's USS Lionheart and USS Camelot were heavily damaged in the fighting.
