The USS Galaxy was a Galaxy class starship serving in Starfleet during the 24th century.
In 2371 she was commanded by Captain Natalie Quinn, and was transferring several members of the USS Lionheart's crew to a rendezvous with the USS Valley Forge. While enroute, Commander Kiva convinced Quinn to allow him, Spencer Stone and Michael Garrett to use the ship's Captain's Yacht to place a sensor buoy in a nebula the ship was passing. ("New Orders")
After the transfer with the Valley Forge, the Galaxy set course for Bre'el IV.
She would later serve in the Ninth Fleet during the Dominion War.
