USS Jefferson
The USS Jefferson was a Freedom class destroyer that served in the Sixth Fleet during the Dominion War. In 2367 the destroyer transported several potential cadets to Starfleet Academy, including Kimberly Chilton.
She served as Rear Admiral Clonox's command ship for the 101st Tactical Wing. ("Declaration")
Nikolas Stone came aboard for lunch with Clonox and a briefing prior to evacuating Starbase 341. ("A Starbase Too Far")
During Operation Return the Jefferson was destroyed with all hands by a barrage of Dominion torpedoes. ("Operation Return")
She was succeeded by an Akira class heavy cruiser.
