The USS Matsue was a New Orleans class frigate that served in the Sixth Fleet during the Dominion War.
At the end of the war, the Matsue was responsible for dismantling the 101st Tactical Wing's Headquarters on Prophet's Landing. Commander Sask came aboard as XO at that time. After the base was packed up the frigate transported Meridian Janos to Bajor for extended leave. ("Moving On")
