The USS Muskrat was a Miranda class vessel serving in Starfleet during the 24th century.
Prior to being named Commandant of the Starfleet Disciplinary Barracks in 2370, Vulob served as the ship'sChief of Security and Second Officer.
In 2372 the Muskrat was undergoing a refit at the San Fransisco Fleet Yards. ("001")
