Uzikia was a Ferengi merchant in the 24th century.
In 2370 he joined the crew of the freighter Monaxor.
In 2374 he and his crew stumbled across the POW Camp on Hekiss and his commander contacted the Dominion forces on the planet in order to open trade negotiations. Eight Jem'Hadar beamed aboard the freighter killed the CO and took the rest prisoner.
He later ended up with a seat at The Prisoner's Council, representing the thirty-eight Ferengi in the camp. ("Familiar Faces")
